Is there a place that is recommended in the GTA to apply the 3M clear bra? Does 3M also make the protective film to go over the headlights?

Check with tint shops. All the ones down here also supply the clear bra. Just be careful ,I have seen some nasty pictures of what happens after a while.

Try these guys, they have a kit for fog and head lights. I would also recommend getting the kit for your rockers....

Re: venture shield. They are a high quality an alternative to 3M stuff with a lifetime yellowing and peeling warranty. I have not had personal experience with this one, but there is a good place that installs these. However, be prepared to pay up. A full face mask + headlights will probably run you $800 give or take. If you don't do the bumper (just hood + fenders + mirrors) it's significantly cheaper.

As to where to get it installed, I strongly recommend Audio Heaven. I've heard many good things of them and their install of the front window tints on my CX-7 was very good (high quality tints and job). http://www.audioheaven.ca/
