This is a generic ad. Why New Zealand is using it is beyond me.
Check out the fact that in NZ they drive on the left side of the road and have right hand steering.

Yeah, we drive on the left side of the road, just like they do in Japan, Singapore, U.K. Australia, most Pacific islands. Not that unusual.

Overtaking is just the same as driving a left hand steering car when you drive on the right hand side of the road. We drive on the left side of the road and the steering wheel is on the right. You gotta get out more often and see the world!
