Radio problem

My centerpoint on the Bose system does not work.

Everything else, bass, treble, faders, audioPLT etc, on the audio control knob work by turning right or left but the centerpoint is stuck in "off" and won't turn to the "on" position.

Any ideas or do I have to call service after only a week:( ?

CP only works when playing a CD, either the standard CD you buy or make or an MP3. CP does not work for playing radio or SIRIUS.

and you'll see their demo about CP and audio pilot. Click on some of the other links in the auto section and you'll find info about the CX-7.
