Been poking around and hadn't seen this review posted yet. Hmm - not sure I agree with much of what this reviewer had to say, but everyone has their own preferences.
Enjoy - http://www.epinions.com/content_234808184452.

Doubt he'll buy one. I have never bought or passed on anything big based on a critic/reviewers comments. Movie reviewers are the worst! It's all about doing your own thing.
I like this forum, it's about real people, their likes and dislikes, hints, tips and genuine opinions, not paid for 'professional" opinions.
That review was like the weather man:
"sunny with cloudy periods" or
"cloudy with sunny periods"
They actually pay people for this?

I think most epinion reviewers are regular people, which is both good and bad too. This guy though i think just goes to dealerships and takes cars for test drives. I don't know about other states, but usually a test drive lasts less than 10 minutes so how can you really get a feel how the car handles?
Usually journalists get the car for a weekend or more to try it out.
But near the end he says a RAV4 is more nimble than CX-7?!? Thats when you know you should throw this review out the window.
Personally, I feel the writer is one of those types that think they're a great driver just becuase they know how to use a stick, and anything auto is ****. And he buys into the hype that anything BMW is the best handling out there. If you compare multiple reviews of the X3 and the CX-7 you'll see the cx-7 beats the bmw in all the performance numbers 0-60, braking, and slalom.

I agree. He doesn't know jack. I just took my CX-7 on a trip and there was an incredibly curvy road. We saw it in a newspaper and we found it. Took a pic of the newspaper because we forgot to get the actual road at the time. The speed limit on the road was 55, but the sign said to take this curvy section at 20. We went down and back between 50 and 60 mph. There was no body roll and we stayed in our lane the entire time. We didn't even activate the stability control.
I haven't driven the RDX or the Murano, but I was definately impressed with the CX-7 on this road.
