I think the CX-7 looks the best, however after test driving an 07 Rav4 V6 it sure is quick!

That sums it up right there
"the RAV4. Toyota's ubiquitous mini-hauler"
I would say looks pants IMO

I wouldn't even consider the RAV 4 - too boring-looking inside and out. Real quick in a straight line but the handling isn't there.
The RDX is a pretty compelling choice. It loses out to the CX-7 big time in the looks department (everything in this class does, IMHO) but really comes on strong in driving dynamics and interior quality. CX-7 bounces back pretty well on the value front, undercutting the RD-X by several thousand. Tough pic between these two.

I've driven all 3 - RAV 4 while being the most practical (fuel consumption, interior storage, off-road, reliability) is BORING to look at and to drive. And has significant body roll, which as mentioned above, kind of overshadows any advantage gained from the V6.
I drove my boyfriend's RDX from DC to NYC - it definitely corners and accelerates well, but doesn't feel nearly as nimble or brake as well as the CX-7. And the CX-7 is way prettier. That said, the RDX has a much higher quality interior, and the tech package is much better equipped (although it lacks keyless ignition).
Of course I went and bought the CX-7, which goes to show which car I find superior! My family liked it the best, too.

Funny thing is the CX-7 finished last in that test. Didn't see when that test was from but they mentioned the lag in the CX-7 compared to the RDX. Apparantly they didn't test one post reflash.....
