On ebay I found a company that will chrome your stock rims for $500. At first I thought this wasn't to bad of a deal only $500 and I do like the stock rims. But then when started looking at the details you would pay 500, plus 100 as a deposit, plus 200 for shipping and they said it may be more depending on location then they would send you the chromed stock rims. then you would send your rims back to them and they would inspect them and if they were in good enough condition then they would give your $100 deposit back. So the total cost would be $800+ when you could spend the same amount or at least not a lot more and get bigger rims and still have the stock rims for winter, to sell, or whatever. Has anyone done this or seen the chrome stock rims? Are there over places that do this for less money? I don't think I would but it would be interesting to know how this price compares because it seems pretty steep to me.

I got mine chromed and absolutely happy with the result. The company is out of Anahiem, Ca. I just drove there and exchanged my stock to chromed wheels for $500. I'm sure there's other company out there that would do this type of service depending on your location but yeah there out there! Overall, I love it and I don't have to worry about the fit and the quality of the ride. Looks original too!

I agree for $500 I would do get them for sure but that damn $200 shipping and handling makes it to much. I wish there was a company around here, I'll have to look around.
