My CX7 arrives in less than two weeks and I am starting to prepare for the big day...

I am going to bite the bullet and put on some 22's and do the right thing and engineer it straight away.

What my engineer requires is a photo of the plate inside of the engine bay which outlines the load ratings for the CX7

Is anyone able to take a close up photo of the plate and post it?

thanks

Clay.

Hi there Clay,

Hope this helps. I contacted Mazda to confirm where the Load Rating plate was, and i have attached a photo for you.

Apparently the loading rating for the CX-7 is 103H, which means the tyres you put on there must have a loading rating of 103H or higher.

I plan to visit my tyre place again tomorrow and find out more about getting 22" put on mine as well. If it's going to be too much trouble, then i'll just get 20" instead.

Hope this helps...

Overgard.

Hi Overgard,

Your a champ, thanks for that.

From the back ground of your wheel photos I believe you have been working with Wheel Worx (noticed the big bucket sign!)

They get most of their wheels from Ozzy Tyres, my frind said that Ozzy know their stuff and most probably have done some CX7s already. Therefore hopefully W.W can assist.

Hope you get all the answers you need and can find a suitable wheel - we need a couple of pimp 7s cruising Adelaide's streets.
