Knocking noise

Hi Guys, has anyone notices a hollow, deep knocking engine noise at idle or when you turn the motor off? Approached my dealer about it and they passed it off as 'cam chain' noise! I haven't taken this further with them yet but cam chain noise at 6000km? Also my 6MPS which has essentially the same motor doesn't have this noise. Anyone else noticed noise they feel shouldn't be there?

Well no, I haven't noticed a deep, hollow knocking engine noise. But if I do, you won't be the first person I notify!
