I have finally got a few new pics of my car. See link below.
Have got a few extra things i wanted on the car. The main thing was the new 20" wheels. It took me a while to find the wheels i wanted, but i do like them.
Booked in next week to get a reversing camera installed, and planning on getting a Sat Nav in the next couple of weeks.
Any comments would be appreciated.
Cheers.

Hi there overgard
Your cars looks hot. I like the wheels, good job.
What's the type/specs on you reversing camera? What type of screen? I'm asking because I went through some pain before I ended up with something I'm happy with.

Hi Slide,
The brand im looking at is Nesavision. Organising final details this week. The screen is built in to the rear-vision mirror, and i know the camera on the back is made by Alpine is about 2.5cms long.
The car audio place that i'm buying it from is the same place that i purchased my Ipod kit from and i've looked around and seems like they are giving me a good deal. They showed me different models and options. I know that it is one of the more expensive ones, but i'd rather pay more and be happy in the long run.
It seems that most of the good systems are over $1000. This one i think normally retailed at about $1050, but they are doing it for me for $800.
What type did u get?

Mine is also a Nesavision, 4.5 inch rear-vision mirror replacement. It's a great image. I have a CCD butterfly camera. Check my thread http://www.mcx7.com/showthread.php?t=767
Mine was setup cost me $750.
Only downside side on mine is that I can't fully centre the mirror as I would like to. Due to it's larger size, it's rests on the windscreen when centred, which means it slowly moves off the ideal spot when the car bumps around. It's not terrible and you still get a big mirror that shows most things behind you, but not perfect.

Overgard, who is the wheel manufacturer? I have been looking for 20's that give it a nice clean look without looking gaudy and I think you have helped me accomplish that. Nice job!

Hi RickT,
I understand completely what you are saying. I too did some searching trying to find a wheel that wasn't too "Bling Bling" :)
the rims are Lenso Wheels which were imported from Thailand. I'm pretty sure that you would be able to get over there as from their website indicates that they do export to USA.
Hope you find something you like.
Cheers.

Hi overgard
I like your photos. Sweet looking car.
Any chance you can post some close up shots of your reversing camera and screen? I was wondering how they compared to my setup.
Cheers

I'll take some other pics on the weekend. I ended up getting a different camera. After you mentioned of the problem you had i asked the installer and they too said this would be a problem...so decided not to get it.
I ended up getting a 3.5" dash-mounted screen instead.. I'm happy with anyway.

I think I had that option too, just wasn't sure where to mount it. How did they do it?
