1) Everyone should be able to have an avatar now. Let me know if busted still.
2) Everyone can reply quickly, without clicking the post reply
3) we have reputation points here! See a good post, click on the scale icon now visibly above the location and join date for a user's post. Click it, and give a good reputation message, click OK, and done!
