Rolling forward

Hey all,
I was reading on a seperate post about the tranny reflash that someone had an issue with their cx7 rolling forward once in park ... mine has done this sometimes. According to a following post it was suggested to use the parking brake as the engine was in some sort of in-between shifting?!!?
Umm that sounds a bit odd - hubby's old RX7 2nd gen did that but it was a standard.

Anyone else have this issue and a better answer than "use the parking brake"?

Never had a rolling forward problem or going into neutral problem.

But when you put it in park it appears there is some driveline lash that will allow the car to move a bit.

The parking brake solves this.
