For steering wheel controls, the Metra Axxess - ASWC is a lot better than the PAC piece.
One of the biggest advantages is that you dont have to program it.
Same install as the PAC piece (ground, 12v accessory and the steering wheel cable from the harness).
It detects the car and hu and auto programs itself.
As far as price goes, it's around $45 on ebay.
The ASWC responds much faster than the PAC after a command.
I've used both in my car and will never use the PAC piece again.
